Our Story
West Coast Cleaning was built by Daniel R. Vivas on a simple promise: show up on time, do the work properly, and treat every home like our own. Over 15 years later that is still how we operate, and it is why most of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals rather than advertising.
We are based in Tustin and serve 14 cities across Orange County — from Irvine and Santa Ana out to Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Laguna, and Dana Point. Along the way we have become a go-to for short-term rental hosts who need turnovers done right, on a deadline, every single time.
Beyond regular house cleaning we handle the specialty work that makes the biggest visible difference: carpet extraction, interior and exterior window cleaning with hard-water treatment, and tile and grout restoration. We bring our own products and professional equipment, and we are available 7 days a week.
